Rudy Santacroce is the System Director of Management Engineering and Process Improvement for CHRISTUS Health, an international health system serving the southern United States, Chile, and Mexico. Rudy’s experience spans over two decades as an Industrial and Management Engineer with extensive experience in both academic and community healthcare environments.
Rudy’s work specializes in Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies, operational planning, financial and cost benefit analysis, and advanced engineering analytics and systems modeling. Rudy has authored numerous publications and presented his work at the national and international level and has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Healthcare Administration.
In addition to his role at CHRISTUS Health, Rudy serves as a Strategic and Operational Plans Officer for United States Central Command in Tampa, FL. Rudy holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree from the University of Florida. Rudy is senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, a Board Member and Diplomate in the Society for Health Systems, an Executive Board member for the University of Florida’s Center for Supply Chain Management, a licensed Professional Engineer, and a certified Project Management Professional. Rudy resides in Dallas, Texas.
