Junior Community Specialist

Position:  Junior Community Specialist
Location: Huntsville, TX

What You Will Do

The Junior Community Specialist at Next Wave Connect will assist the Services Team in all aspects of Partner business. Jr. Community Specialist's will play a valuable role in Membership Management, Startup Management, Service Delivery, or other Partner related activities as needed.

  • Serve as a liaison to project stakeholders and appropriately align NWC resources.
  • Define and model the business processes necessary to meet Partner needs in alignment with process   standards, documenting business controls, performance measures, and business requirements.

  • Take a proactive approach to account and relationship management with the goal of providing superior customer experience.

  • Understand the impact a project or process improvement effort will have and makes appropriate updates, defines new processes, and communicates changes across the organization.

  • Gather stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and model and analyze data to facilitate project and process improvement efforts.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels and functions of the organization to influence process improvement efforts and project completion.

  • Collect and analyze data in order to define challenges, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Plan and track project timelines, manages project risks, and is responsible for project milestones and deliverables.

  • Analyze business workflows and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Liaise with our sales, development, and creative teams to execute campaigns.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, healthcare or related field.

  • Ability to research, recommend, and apply new solutions as they emerge.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and superior problem solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Proven experience managing multiple and competing priorities.
